Which of these games should I make next?

A board game that changes every turn. (A board that gets longer, accelerates game speed, changes rules, etc.)
A space game about surviving past the heat death of the universe.
A superhero game where you pick out powers and abilities for a unique superhero, fight crime, and shape your hero's story.
A technology game where you are put into a simulation and you must access the right things to get out and save your city.
A stealth game where you have to infiltrate heavily guarded locations without being detected, but with a twist.
Another idea, best custom idea will be made as well as the idea 1-5 with the most votes.

For the fourth one, it would be a game where you are in a digital city, and you go through different things like you would on a computer, like the internet as a physical network of roads, and different apps having their own locations in the game.

2 sounds pretty fun. would it be like repairing things to stave off malfunctions/ going through inhospitable areas? I could see 4 being fun too

It would be similar to that, but with compacting the leftover particles gases and matter from black dwarves to create new stars and using other resources, making new planets and bringing the universe back from the dead. (This is in progress right now actually.)
